Cottonwood Cottage started life as an elegant estate home. Renovated in 2000, to become a residence for discerning seniors, the house now boasts 14 bedrooms of varying sizes to accommodate most budgets and desires.

Studio-style bedroom

8 rooms

 

These rooms are each unique and are of varying designs, Each room comes with its own ensuite washroom with shower or tub and includes weekly housekeeping service including laundry.

Price: $1800-$2000 per month

Larger studio-style bedroom  

2 rooms

 

These two rooms were once the master suite and the guest room of the house and as such offer a little more space. As with all the rooms they are equipped with their own ensuite facilities and include laundry and housekeeping services.

Price: $2200 per month

One bedroom suites

4 rooms

 

These four rooms are the largest in the facility and have a sitting room area as well as a separate bedroom area. Each room has a kitchenette with a sink and counter top as well as cupboard and drawer space and a microwave stand for your appliance should you have one. Two of the four rooms are also equipped with private sliding glass doors to allow you to exit onto a deck off your sitting room for enjoying the sun or visiting with neighbours.
